Our Story

We are Ben and Alisha!  We originally created this blog to help document our journey through the adoption process.  After three years of infertility God led us to adoption to grow our family.  God answered our prayers on October 13, 2011 when we were able to meet and bring home our son, Nathan Carlyle.  On May 17, 2012 we finalized Nathan's adoption in court.  God blessed us once again with a son, Silas Vincent, born on February 9, 2015.  Silas' adoption was finalized in court on September 15, 2015.  We are so very thankful for the gift of adoption!  Thanks for stopping by!
