CALM Holiday Lights

Tonight we went to the zoo to see the holiday lights display.  Yes, Bakersfield has a zoo!  Well it's actually called the California Living Museum.  So much fun!

According to Ben our son could have weathered a snow storm in all the layers I dressed him in.  Doesn't he know half the fun of being a Mom is dressing your kid up?!

Nathan's buddy Callen joined us.  They love riding in the wagon together!

Callen is a cutie!

The mittens came with the hat.  And he actually kept them on the whole night!  It was pretty hard to take them off since they were basically like socks for his hands (No thumb holes like normal mittens).

 

Mamas and Sons.  We've decided that Callen and Nathan are to become best friends and college roommates.  Maybe we will take this picture again one day when we drop our boys off at Point Loma!

Wagon Ride

We took the boys out for a wagon ride together.  Callen could not stop babbling the entire ride!  Nathan on the other hand likes to ride in silence and does NOT like it when the wagon comes to a stop as evidenced by the picture below!

Boys & Babies

At our new church Nathan is not the only boy in the nursery.  In fact he is one of four boys!  Ashton (seen here fast asleep) was born on September 13th, Nathan was born on October 13th and Callen (far left) was born on November 13th!  (Not pictured is Hunter who was born somewhere between Nathan & Ashton!)   We are glad he will have friends his age to grow up with! :)



These boys and their babies were featured in our video announcements at church advertising our Firework Fundraiser for the 4th of July!

Thankfully Callen doesn't seem to mind...so far!

He even let Nathan chew on his pacifier!

Nathan won't take a pacifier but apparently when it belongs to someone else he's a lot more interested!

 

 

Bathtime Buddies!

Nathan and Callen are exactly one month apart and we hope they will become life long friends.  They had a lot of fun together at our church staff and board retreat this past weekend including when they were together in the tub!
