Dear Nathan,
You need to stop growing up so fast! I mean it! You are no longer a baby but a full fledged toddler. In fact you prefer "toddling" instead of being held--except when you get hurt. You know what you want, when you want it. You love playing with cars and even make noises to go with! You also love to throw things. Unfortunately, that means ALL things. We are trying to teach you to only throw balls so as not to destroy our house. One of your new favorite games is to point to things and wait for Daddy and I to name each thing you are pointing too. When you really like something you are eating you will raise your eyebrows up and down and nod your head. It's sooooo cute and makes Daddy and I crack up every time. Oh and speaking of eating--you have finally decided that solid food may not be all that bad. However you are very particular about what solid food you will try! You are loving books more and more and pretend to read them by yourself. A book even keeps you from squirming during a diaper change (Mommy was super excited about that one!) You still love bath time and especially like putting your face in the water. You are also quite fond of the dogs and love to give them hugs and kisses. You have just caught on to how fun stacking things and knocking them over can be. One of Daddy and I's favorite things right now is how you love to hold BOTH our hands when walking outside. You are never satisfied with just one hand--it has to be one of each! It's so fun watching the world through your eyes son. We love you!
