Dear Nathan,

Your first birthday has now come and gone and I'm struggling to keep up with all your accomplishments!  You have finally decided to start using sign language.  However you have decided that "more" is the only sign you like.  And you expect us to read your mind (aka guess) what you want more of.  Currently puffs or cheerios seem to be it!  You are crawling with your belly off the ground almost all the time now but will revert to an army crawl if you want to get somewhere fast (or get away from Daddy when he's chasing you).  You also have started pulling yourself up to your feet in your crib, your pack and play and the couch!  We may be seeing some of your first steps sooner than later!  You have decided you don't like being rocked before bed and prefer to put your head on our shoulder instead.  I need to stop blinking so much or I'm sure to miss something!
