Once we were matched with Silas' Birth Mom we made arrangements to stay in a hotel while in Utah. The agency we were working with suggested we called The Hyatt Place in downtown Salt Lake since their General Manager, Minda, had adopted a baby with them in the past. We are SO GLAD we did! Minda and her staff are AMAZING! Minda was kind enough to give us a friends and family rate as her way of paying it forward to other adoptive families. We received excellent and amazing service! I can't tell you how many times one of the staff members asked if we needed anything or inquired how our baby was doing! Although it's been hard being away from our friends and family, this hotel has definitely made our stay as relaxing and homey as possible!
